A bodyworker since 1999, I have specific qualifications in Manual Lymph Drainage (Dr Vodder Method), Combined Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy, Therapeutic Massage and Massage in Pregnancy and Labour. Beyond this I attend various and many post-graduate trainings which enable me to draw on a wide range of techniques to offer the most suitable treatment tailored to your needs.

So, from relaxation through to a specific approach for a specific problem, I am able to give appropriate help – using adjunctive equipment if required.

I believe it is important for all healthcare professionals to work in an integrated way for the benefit of the client.  This ensures a holistic approach in which all treatments are safe and appropriate.  If necessary, and with your consent, I will work with your GP/Consultant and any other Complementary Therapist treating you.

Registered Service Provider with many Private Health Insurance Companies.

MLD Teacher – Dr Vodder Method.

My practice is Ludlow based.  I am able to treat you in your own home, hospice, hospital or residential setting as required.

adjunctive equipment

Biolamp - the body absorbs its mineral heat energy. Helps pain relief, improves circulation, treats some skin problems and stress related symptoms.

Chi Machine - provides gentle and rhythmic movements, exercising and freeing up muscular and skeletal tensions.

Deep Oscillation Therapy (Hivamat 200) - to supplement and intensify manual treatment, stimulating anti-inflammatory effects, wound healing and oedema reduction. You will find an interesting article here.
